The option is valid only in the home region.

Let me remind you, also for calls to China at 1.5 rubles. MTS has an option “Profitable international calls”  (they are incompatible, but do not confuse them!). However, South Korea costs 5 rubles per minute on it, and many other countries are even more expensive. Plus, a monthly fee is charged for it. 50 rub / month  (the fee for the first month is debited when the option is connected).

Limitations:

• The option is available on the tariffs “Smart mini”, “Smart”, “Smart Nonstop”, “Smart Unlimited”, “Smart +”, “Smart Top” open for connection and transition. When switching to another tariff plan, the option is automatically disabled.
• The tariff option is valid only if the “International access” or “Easy roaming and international access” services are available.
