All new and modernized devices manufactured by ATOL can transfer fiscal data to the OFD through uSB cable, when connecting the cash register to the computer. For this, the Ethernet over USB service is used. The required service is installed together with the Commercial Equipment Driver, and requires the selection of a communication channel between the KKT and the PC via the USB port.

To set up this method of transferring fiscal data will have to "sweat". The first thing that is required is a user with administrator rights (only under such a user can anything be configured). The second thing you need is luck and patience. But the method is verified by our employees.

Attention: data transfer using Ethernet over USB is not recommended by ATOL employees, since ATOL still cannot get approval for digital signatures for its USB drivers from the Windows service. Bureaucracy, what to take from it. Hooray, hooray, since driver version 8.16 there are no problems with digital signature of drivers.

If for some reason the service cannot be installed according to the instructions, you will have to use "crutches". Download them from the links at the bottom of the page. If before installing the service you have already installed ATOL drivers - will require their complete removal.

Attention # 2: the Ethernet over USB service for ATOL cash registers only works starting from firmware 2.x.x.x.

Switching the communication channel of the KKT with a PC via USB

By default, most of ATOL fiscal registrars work through the COM port (except for ATOL 30F and ATOL 11F. To switch to the USB exchange channel, do the following:

  1. Turn off the CCP (if enabled).
  2. Hold down the check scroll button.
  3. Without releasing the button, turn on the CCP.
  4. Wait for the fifth beep.
  5. The cash register will print the items of the service mode on the check.
  6. Press the check scroll button twice (there should be two beeps).
  7. A receipt with the parameters of the communication channel will be printed.
  8. Press the check scroll button three times (three beeps).
  9. "USB Enabled" will print and return to service mode.
  10. Press the check scroll button once, KKT will switch to operating mode.

Disable digital signature verification in newer versions of Windows

At the moment, the simplest solution is to remove the old DTO and install new version 8.16.

Attention # 4: only for old driver versions (versions up to 8.14 inclusive)! For operating systems Windows Vista and above. This can be done in several ways:

Via the command line (suitable for all Windows versions):

Using the Local Group Policy Editor (the most efficient way for older versions of Windows like Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1):

  1. In the "Start" menu, start "Run" (or press the Win + R keys).
  2. In the window that appears, type gpedit.msc (for OS in Home editions, you need to download the gpedit utility separately).

  3. Click "OK" and the local editor window will open group policy.
  4. Sequentially select: "User configuration" - "Administrative templates" - "System" - "Driver installation".
  5. Select "Digital Signature of Device Drivers" with the right mouse button.
  6. In the context menu, select "Change".

  7. A window will open in which you can select two modes: either disable digital signature verification, or leave digital signature verification enabled, but allow installation of unsigned drivers.

  8. After selection desired mode click "Apply" and "OK". Close the windows.
  9. You reboot your computer and forget about the headache when installing unsigned drivers before the next operating system update.

There is a small chance for Windows Home edition that this method will not work. In this case, proceed to editing the Windows registry? the process of which is described below.

From the special boot options (for Windows 10):

Disabling digital signature directly through the registry:

All the methods described above are essentially manipulations with the registry in the operating room windows system... If none of this method works, then you should try to edit the registry manually. It's not difficult, just follow the simple instructions.

After any of the methods for disabling digital signature verification, you must restart your computer.

Installation of ATOL shop equipment driver

Installation of Ethernet over USB service for ATOL equipment

  1. Install trade equipment drivers ().
  2. Install " run this program as administrator", for file EthOverUSB.exe.
Autostart ", in the line" KKM "write the name of the device, and in the line" COM port"specify a port that does not belong to the KKT, and start the service.
  3. Restart your PC and check if it's enabled eoU service in section " Services" in " Administration".

  4. All! KKT must transmit data through a computer. It remains to connect the latter to the Internet.

Possible problems

Everything was done exactly according to the instructions, but the service does not start? - Try using a crutch. If the crutch does not help, then you will have to connect the CCP to the Internet in another way.

Does device manager show only one COM port? - Remove the device driver, disconnect the KKT from the computer and reconnect it.

1. We connect the printer via the OTG cable to the mobile device.
2. Launch Mobi-C and go to Settings → External devices → KKM.
3. Set the settings as in the screenshot
4. Click on POS printer parameters and set the settings as in the screenshot

Select the appropriate protocol Atol 3

    Connection method with mobile device

If the connection method is selected correctly, no in the list of devices there will be the address of the connected POS printer

Must match the method of connecting the POS printer with the PDA (point 3).

5. After setting up the CCP connection in Mobi-S, the button appears KKM

INITIALIZATION OF KKM - Loads agent data (cashier), tax rates into the memory of the cash register.

CASH - Entering the amount of cash required to process returns.

WITHDRAWAL OF CASH - Withdrawal of cash at the end of the shift, previously deposited.

CANCELING AN OWNED CHECK - Cancellation of a stuck check. If further printing is impossible due to the error of the same name.

X-REPORT - Report without blanking and closing the shift

    Z-REPORT - A report with cancellation closing a shift.

DATA EXCHANGE WITH OFD - Sending data to the OFD in which the CCP is registered.

    • It works when the method of communication with the FDO in the driver is equal to the method of communication with the PDA.

6. We check the connection. Create a Sales document. Go to Printing and print the form Check KKM (Sale).

The printing of checks is performed from the Sale document, through the POS printer check (sale) form.

The first printed receipt opens the shift.

Bluetooth connection

1. To connect via Bluetooth on mobile device turn on Bluetooth, search for available devices. To pair devices, follow the instructions on the PDA screen and the POS printer manual.
2. Settings via Bluetooth are similar to settings via USB, the difference is that in the parameter Link you need to specify the option Bluetooth .
3. In dialogue POS printer parameters for parameter Protocol specify value ATOL 3 .

In 2017, new rules for trading with electronic checks are introduced. One of the mandatory requirements will be to connect to the fiscal data operator (OFD), which provides collection, storage and transmission of data from the cash register to the tax office.

To work with OFD, we chose ATOL 55F cashier, which meets the requirements of 54-FZ and is included in the register of cash registers.

How does OFD work?

After the buyer makes a purchase, the cash register creates a transaction and sends it to the fiscal accumulator.

The fiscal drive saves the receipt, signs it with a fiscal sign and sends the data to the FDO servers.

In turn, the OFD creates a reciprocal fiscal indicator, which it sends back to the cash register and transfers data on the calculations to the tax office.

The entire chain of actions takes only a few seconds.

After that, the buyer receives a paper and electronic check (sent to email or subscriber number). These receipts contain a QR code and a link that the buyer can use to check the receipt using special services.

How to set up KKM ATOL 55F to work with 1C via RDP?

Installing KKM ATOL 55F on a local computer

First, you need to install the POS printer drivers on the computer to which the cash register will be connected. The driver can be downloaded from the official ATOL website or from [email protected].

After installing the driver, it will occupy 2 ports, in our case it is Com3 and Com4.

Why did the driver occupy 2 ports? It's that simple! One port will be used to exchange information with the cash register, the second port will be used to transmit data to the FDO.

We connect the KKM to the computer and proceed with the configuration.

Now we need to enter the "Driver Management" application. To do this, go to Start - All Programs - ATOL - Shop Equipment Drivers v. 8 - Driver management. In the window that opens, we need to activate the free version. Free version works with ATOL KKM, for other KKM Full version is required.

You can check the work of the cash register through the application "POS printer driver". To do this, go to Start - All Programs - ATOL - Shop Equipment Drivers v. 8 - Tests - POS printer driver.

In the window that opens, we go to the "Setting properties ..." section and click "Search for equipment". Select the KKM model from the list, mark the required ports and all speeds of the COM ports. Click Search and wait until there are KKMs. After the cash register is found, you need to select our cash register and click "Create".

Now, if you put a check mark next to "Device is turned on", go to the "Setting properties ..." section and click "Check connection", then in the "Result" field we will receive the name of our KKM, serial number and firmware version. This means that our cash desk is working.

The driver does not allow several programs to work through one COM-port, therefore we close the "POS printer driver" and continue setting.

We return to "Driver Management" and go to the "FDSVC Service" tab. The service must be started if it is not running. This service will track our requests from 1C to port 6220. If the computer to which you are connecting via RDP is not in your local network, then you need to open port 6220 to connect via the Internet.

Configuring KKM ATOL 55F on a remote computer RDP

We configured the KKM on the local computer, now we need to make the cash register work with 1C on a remote desktop, to which we connect via the Internet. Administrator rights are required to install drivers on a remote server!

To do this, we do the same. Install the drivers, turn on the free mode.

Unzip the FR-ATOL_54FZ.zip file from the C: \\ Program Files (x86) \\ ATOL \\ Drivers8 \\ 1Cv82 folder to the bin folder of the 1C platform. Now, just in case, you need to manually register FprnM1C82_54FZ.dll in the system registry, if this did not happen during the installation of the drivers. To do this, launch Windows PowerShell as administrator and write the following command:

Regsvr32 "C: \\ Program Files (x86) \\ 1cv8 \\ 8.3.9.2170 \\ bin \\ FprnM1C82_54FZ.dll"

Your path to FprnM1C82_54FZ.dll may be different! It all depends on what version of 1C you have and where it is installed.

Setting up KKM ATOL 55F in 1C Comprehensive automation

Now let's start configuring the KKM in 1C. In our case, we set up the KKM in 1C Integrated Automation 1.1. I think in other configurations the setting is not very different.

We launch 1C as administrator (otherwise the drivers may not be loaded). We switch the interface to "Full". Go to "Service" - "Commercial equipment" - "Connecting and setting up commercial equipment".

POS printer requires external processing, ShtrihMkkt.epf. They are included in the distribution kit of configuration releases and are posted on the website: https://releases.1c.ru/project/TradeWareEpf82. We need external processing.

We add processing to the directory "Processing of service of commercial equipment".

Now let's start adding the KKM itself to 1C. To do this, in "Connecting and configuring commercial equipment" go to the section "Cash register with data transfer" and create a new cash register.

We indicate the cash desk with which the trade equipment will interact and go to "Parameters".

In the POS printer parameters, fill in the following fields:

  • Computer - indicates the external IP of the computer to which the ATOL 55F KKM is connected and port 6220, which we opened for access via the Internet. For example, 10.10.10.10:6220
  • Port - COM port to which the ATOL 55F KKM is connected on the local computer. In our case, this is COM3.
  • Speed - COM port speed.
  • Model - model of our KKM.
  • Leave the rest of the fields as they are.

Now you can click on "Test device". A request will be sent to the POS printer on the local computer. If everything is configured correctly, then 1C will display the message “Test successfully completed. ATOL 55F, No. **********, version: 3.0.1245 RU, FISK ". This means that you have configured everything correctly.

Errors may occur during testing. You may not have opened port 6220 on your local computer for Internet access. You may need to create rules in the firewall for inbound and outbound connections to port 6220. You may have forgotten to close the POS printer application or start the FDSVC service. Or maybe you started 1C not on behalf of the administrator and 1C did not connect the KKM driver.

How to enable the sending of checks to the fiscal data operator (OFD)?

If all is well and the test passes, you can now configure and enable the "EthernetOverUSB Service". This service sends punched checks to your Fiscal Data Operator (FDO).

To do this, add a second COM port in the "Driver Management" on the local computer to which the POS printer is connected, in the "EthernetOverUSB Service" tab, in our case it is COM4. Check the box next to "Autostart" and start the service.

That's it, now every broken check will be automatically sent to the OFD, with which you have an agreement.
